Refund, Cancellation & Delivery Policy

• Before work starts: if you cancel, we refund your advance in full, minus anything already spent on third-party items for you, such as a domain, hosting, paid plugins or app store developer fees.
• After work starts: the advance and payments for milestones already started or delivered are not refundable, because that work has been done. You receive the work completed up to that point.

03Subscriptions to our live apps

You can cancel a monthly or yearly plan at any time. It keeps working until its end date and is not renewed. We do not refund the unused part of a plan, unless the product’s own refund policy says otherwise (for example the LiquorHub refund policy).

If one of our hosted apps is down for more than 24 hours because of a fault on our side, we add the lost days to your plan.

04Wrong, duplicate or failed payments

If you were charged twice, paid the wrong amount, or paid and the service did not start, we refund the extra or failed payment in full after checking it with the payment gateway.

05How to ask for a refund

Write to support@vertexsoftwareudaipur.com or WhatsApp +91 94617 75888 with your name, the payment date, the amount and the transaction ID. We reply within 2 working days.

06When the money reaches you

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

07What we cannot refund

• Third-party charges already paid for you: domains, hosting, app store developer accounts, used SMS or WhatsApp credits and paid plugins.
• Money paid to anyone other than Vertex Software Solutions. We take payments only to our business accounts and payment gateways.

08Delivery of our services

All our services are delivered digitally; there is no physical shipping.

• Websites and software: delivered on a link, your server or our hosting, as agreed in the quote and on the timeline written there.
• Mobile apps: delivered as app files or published on Google Play and the App Store, subject to their review.
• Subscriptions: start right after a successful payment, usually within minutes and always within 24 hours. Login details are sent by SMS, WhatsApp or email.

09Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
